Once your referral has been accepted by the referral receiver you will be notified by email. In this email you will have a unique reference number (URN). Use the track referral page by typing in your URN to see the details of the referral receiver and the status of your referral.

All dental professionals have different systems for managing referrals. They will contact you by telephone, post or email once they have received your details which may take a number of days/weeks/months depending on their waiting list. You could also contact them directly using the information given to you on the track referral page.
